Miami Dolphins - Trent Green (will miss season from concussions) -> Cleo Lemon
Arizona Cardinals - Matt Leinart (injured for the season) -> Kurt Warner -> Tim Rattay
Cleveland Browns - Charlie Frye (started season but no longer on Cleveland) -> Derek Anderson
Oakland Raiders - Josh McCown -> Daunte Culpepper
Chicago Bears - Rex Grossman -> Brian Griese
Atlanta Falcons - Joey Harrington -> Byron Leftwich
Baltimore Ravens - Steve McNair (injured) -> Kyle Boller
Carolina Panthers - Jake Delhomme (out for year) -> David Carr ->Vinny Testaverde
San Francisco 49ers - Alex Smith -> Trent Dilfer

After tonight it looks like Quinn Gray will be taking over for David Garrard for a few weeks in Jacksonville. Garrard has an extreme ankle sprain.

Kellen Clemens may be taking over in New York for Chad Pennington who has been struggling lately.
