What roster moves should the 'Boys make this offseason?

What moves should the Cowboys make this offseason? Should they look towards free agency to pick players up? Who should they draft? Should they try to trade up in the draft?
I think they should aim towards picking up a young speedy wide receiver in the first round.. maybe DeSean Jackson or even the taller Malcolm Kelly. Also a young athletic CB wouldn't hurt. Posted by Adam
